Refund Policy

  1. We offer refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items/merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  3. To initiate a refund, please contact us through the website or email us at [email address] with your order number and the reason for the refund request.

  4. We do not offer refunds on items that are sent without their original packaging, receipt, the item that was shipped to the customer.

  5. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above criteria.

  7. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

For a refund to be done, the following things are going to be checked:

  1. Original Packaging ( Box and wrappers),

  2. Original Receipt,

  3. A fully filled Refund form,

  4. The Product.

N/B: When requesting for a refund, state why you would like a refund:

eg 

  1. Wrong Size,

  2. Wrong Colour,

  3. Damaged Package.

Refund can take from 1 business day to 5 Business days.

All refunds MUST Be requested within 14 days after delivery of product.
