In-Store Pickup:

2).RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

  • Returns and exchanges can be processed online or in-store.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or defective.

  • Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet the requirements for a return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
